FreshDirect
FreshDirect, a New York based grocery delivery service, was looking to reintroduce itself to a new generation.
We created Real Food That's Real New York to show New Yorkers that the brand understands and is one of them. Showing off quirky characters in recognizable situations for New Yorkers, we contextualize the brand's personality and demonstrate its benefits.

New Yorkers live on top of each other. Asking yourself, "What's going on up there?" is an inevitable experience.

Social
We took various social first approaches. Quick snackable content, tapping into trends like life hacks, showing off the brand's UX with new and fun context, and leveraging competing consumer pain points.
